PostScan Mail publishes one fee list for every action (receive, open and scan, shred, forward, store) and three mailbox plans whose 'as low as' price rises with the address you pick. Starter has no free open-and-scans, so scanning is $2 per envelope from the first letter.

Form 1583, address type, storage and business use
USPS Form 1583 / notarization
PostScan says that as a CMRA it must collect a notarized Form 1583 for each customer. Fill it in with the online wizard (Settings › Account Settings › USPS Form 1583), then notarize through its webcam online notary (submitted automatically) or a local notary and upload it. Some locations also notarize in person. You need one photo ID and one address ID.

PostScan lists 'Perfect for both personal and LLC business use' among features of all plans, and sells a separate registered agent service. It makes no bank-acceptance claim on the pages we read.
